Kyle is Vice President at Overground, joining the team in 2002. He is responsible for developing and managing client relationships. Kyle’s extensive knowledge of digital marketing coupled with his breadth of business experience has positioned him as a trusted advisor for digital marketers. An active member of the interactive marketing community, Kyle has earned a reputation as a results-driven marketer, co-founding the Charlotte Interactive Marketing Association and serving on its organization’s Board of Directors. Kyle has spoken at the American Marketing Association (AMA), Charlotte Chamber and Engage Charlotte events, Ben Craig Center business seminars, WombleTech technology seminars, and other regional online marketing and social media events.
As the EVP, Dave leads strategic direction for Overground and is responsible for the sales and operating performance of the agency. Dave has over 20 years of sales management and operations experience with high-growth public and private companies. His passion for online marketing began when he led the rollout of AutoTrader.com for Central Virginia in 1995 and continued when he joined Silicon Valley-based Knight Ridder Digital to build regional sales teams and strategies for CareerBuilder, Cars.com, several local news websites and a national online display network. Dave serves on the Charlotte Interactive Marketing Association’s Board of Directors and was the organization’s inaugural President and co-founder. His experience and love for online marketing keeps him well connected to digital media companies and associations in several parts of the country.
As the Account Director, Chad leads the account management group and is responsible for client satisfaction. Chad has over 12 years of digital marketing experience with knowledge spanning across consumer products and services, B2B and non-profit organizations. His journey encompasses having worked at a full-service marketing agency where he was instrumental in establishing website offerings to clients, which included the launch of over 100 sites. Chad’s background also includes working at two Fortune 500 corporations in the Carolinas, SCANA and SPX, where he mapped digital strategy and managed programs that drove measurable results, all while building stakeholder rapport. Chad lives in Fort Mill, South Carolina and enjoys spending quality time with his wife JoEllen and their family, which includes Juliet, Charlie and baby Calhoun.
